August 4, 2014 First day of school for Preston! I drove him in for the freshman orientation at Marana High School and he was excited!! I cannot believe that I have a highschooler... again.
Is it already time for soccer?? Time to make signs, flyers, send emails, make many calls and texts, get insurance, have registration, get equipment, have coach's meeting, form teams, make rosters, order uniforms, set up picture day with the photographer, make picture day schedule, make game schedule, get refs, get fields ready and... OH YEAH, play soccer!! ;) Yep, it's that time !
August 9, 2014 Bryant was my buddy today. :) Vince was at work and the kids each had previous plans, so it was just us! Bryant and I started the day off early, taking our turn cleaning the church. We were a good team! After we cleaned up at home we headed into town for a few errands. We enjoyed lunch together at "Sauce" (Bryant's choice:). We then went to see "Rio 2" at the show. Very fun! After the movie and popcorn, Bryant and I went to our Stake baptisms. 3 kiddos in our Primary got baptized and it was great to witness their good choice! I couldn't help but realize that my "little" guy, isn't so little any more. He will be turning 8 in December and getting baptized himself! I soaked in the day with Bryant! He is fun to be around and such a sweet soul! *Remember this!
